Creating comfortable living conditions in the city requires more than just heat, water, gas, and light. A cozy life consists of many elements: home, yard, shops, kindergartens, schools, clinics, parks, streets, transportation, workplaces, culture, sports, and nature. It's rare for all these to be located near one's home.

Moscow is undergoing a large-scale urban environment development program. As part of this initiative, the city is improving streets, greening urban areas, enhancing parks, and developing local infrastructure (creating sports grounds, dog parks, and bike path networks).

We see urban spaces transforming and how attractive the capital is becoming for both Muscovites and visitors.

Currently, there are no industrial enterprises in central Moscow—they've been moved to the outskirts or beyond the city limits. Former industrial zones are becoming cultural centers, transforming into modern residential complexes, and becoming hubs for citizens.

Under the "My District" program, courtyards, parks, sports facilities, and embankments are being improved.

For walking enthusiasts, a 19-kilometer unified pedestrian route has been created from Taganka to Moscow City, featuring bike and running paths. We invite you to take a virtual bike ride along the colorful embankments of the Moskva River.
